even if some of us dont comment. There are many who would enjoy looking at your snaps but may not have anything to comment. Sulekha should probably add a feature where readers can "Compliment" a blogger without having to register and comment.
The snaps reminds me of the trip I made in Sep. 1996. to Zion national park.
There are couple of hike in Zion which are very good. One of the hiking trails along a stream ( I think one of your snaps has the stream ) and another which leads to a small water falls which was good.
What time of the year did you visit ?
Did you go to Las vegas first and then started on this trip?
The whole area of northern arizona and utah is spectacular. Different seasons bring different views. Winter time these same mountains with a dusting of white snow gives the place a completely different look.
I have quite a few pictures but unfortunately in 1996 / 97 there where no digital cameras. I am in the process of scanning some of these.
