My suggestion would be to classify the "Featured Blog Posts" into two sections at least. One for "Fictional" and the other for "Non-Fictional".

At this moment, under the "Featured Blog Posts" there are 10 Blog Posts on "Love-Relationship" and 9 on Miscellaneous and 1 on Sports/Cricket.

Probably Sulekha could split up into two categories, so that even non-fictional items [like Politics/Current Affairs/Sports/Topics of General Interest, etc] reaches the eye-balls.

Srini Vasan:  I am sure there is room for improvement.  And I am sure the editors will take note. However, don't forget the fundamental issue here - if you write good blogs, we will find you! not to worry :).   Personally, if I see one or two good blogs from a writer, I will add them to my blog roll and then will look for their blogs and will comment on them too. So in brief: yes, the editors can make improvements, but your presence will be felt best if you write good blogs. Good luck and cheers!

on the reasons could be the categorization part.

Fair enough all posts need to be categorized. but there is just not enough categories.

what one writes can fit to multiple categories and neednt be restricted to a single section.

I am more used to Wordpress blogging software where its easy to write a post and post it to multiple categories.

example, a topic on food in chennai, can be in chennai and also in food.
but with the present setup, i can only choose chennai or food :(
